About Us

Nationwide Retail Systems was established in 1980. We take pride in the fact that we are a One Stop Solution company. Our experience and successful installations in Education, Hospitality and Retail places us amongst the very top companies in our industry. With a client base ranging from Councils to Caterers, multi national PLC companies to Universities, Secondary & Independent Schools to Primary Schools.

Our company philosophy is to provide high quality systems and service to our customers, which will enable them to maximise meals numbers, maximise income and maximise profits. This aim drives our company to continuously produce ever improving systems and software. Our One Stop Solution policy, which is relentlessly pursued, ensures that in the event of any of our customers requiring assistance, one phone call to our Help Desk is all that is required to produce a speedy response. We believe that this strategy is proving far more effective than the out-sourcing policies adopted by many other companies.

Nationwide are a One Stop Solutions provider with over 27 years experience in the Education, Hospitality & Retail sectors. Nationwide provide excellent in house written software and first class hardware which is maintained by well trained service engineers.

Nationwide provide excellent training facilities either in our training schools or at the customers site. Every aspect of the system is covered in the training course to ensure that you get the very best out of the system we have provided.

Nationwide Retail Systems Ltd has been selling Cashless Systems for many years and last year released the Trust-e Cashless Catering Solution. This solution has been selected by a number of councils including Croydon (100 schools centrally controlled and reported upon), Barnsley, Coventry, Leeds Council, Leeds PFI (Secondary Schools), Kirklees and Derbyshire is due to be installed into another multi school environment.

Our Trust-e solution is an essential business tool and provides information including meal counts, free school meal uptake, turnover, stocks, wastage, nutrition, staff hours and overall profitability for both schools and councils. Trust-e offers a proven solution for schools which helps to increase the throughput of pupils and therefore aids and encourages the uptake of school meals.

The central control and reporting element of the solution is provided free of charge to the council by Nationwide Retail Systems Ltd. This solution automatically transfers all transactional data from a school or group of schools to the council. Using the Trust-e reporting and pivot table engine information is “at the press of a button” and reports can be taken on free school meal uptake, meal numbers and nutritional data or any other reporting detail that they feel relevant.
