Each product within Trust-e can have full nutritional information assigned to it. This allows reporting of the nutritional elements of the products consumed by individual students. Due to the central nature of Trust-e the nutritional data based upon actual consumption can be viewed for any number of schools within the system.

This allows total control of the systems installed at each school and substantially reduces the overall administration time for managing the solution. There is no limit on the number of schools that the solution can manage.

Main Line Product Information
A simple process produces a Main Product Sales report so that immediate decisions can be made if customer trends or individual product sales change.

Availability is calculated using sales information and stock information within the Trust-e system. This ensures that the Main Line Product range is always available and that the products have maximum sales potential.

Links to Trust-e currently include SIMS, ParentPay, Pars Registration, Saffron and Nutmeg.

The total number of school students is held within the system and also the number of students consuming a school meal. This allows the system to calculate the Meal Uptake and monitor changes and fluctuations in trends. This powerful tool therefore allows business decisions to be made based upon accurate figures. Information also incorporates Free School Meal information such as FSM Take Up and total students receiving FSM.

As more nutritional information is required, schools will have to move away from the “Menu A” “Menu B” principle. Within Trust-e future menus can easily be created and assigned to individual days. Each day the system checks which menu is active and automatically changes the till layout. More..

Against each product within Trust-e a Preparation Time can be added. This allows Margin reporting to be enhanced and incorporates actual meal preparation time.

Central Reporting
This collates information from each school allowing accurate reporting of management information. Information from the schools is fed via a schedule to meet individual requirements.

Within Trust-e the Labour Management Module further enhances the information provided.
This enables an overall cost per site to be easily calculated and is also available centrally.

Spend Per Head
A Total Sales Value and Transaction Count can be viewed and then presented as Spend per Head by School or by Estate.

This allows parents to “top-up” students accounts online or by using PayPoint terminals.
